BPA handles all the enrolling and terminating of employees and/or dependents with the insurance carrier, following through receipt of identification cards and insurance booklets to proper credits or charges on premium statements. BPA receives monthly premium statements directly from the insurance carrier, verifies all charges and/or credits are accurate and then forwards the statement to the client for payment.
